Guest speakers

Becky Loto - International Speaker, Certified Business Strategist, Mentor, and entrepreneur with 30+ years of international business experience. Becky has founded 5  businesses across Mexico and the UK (including two six-figure ventures), in varied sectors including property, hospitality and tourism. With her tough love, straight-talking, practical strategies, together with her high-energy and fun approach, Becky supports ambitious people in business and careers, to be boldly brilliant, losing the self-doubt and letting their brilliance shine brightly. The results are less stress, more impact and a life they love. Becky loves connecting with interesting people, having adventures, is a property investor, a lover of surfing, being at the beach and all things Latino.

Hayley Hildred - Counsellor, Breathwork Practitioner and Marketing Consultant, with 15 years experience in senior marketing and leadership roles for brands including Adidas, Sainsbury’s, Adobe, Greggs and Google. She is also the founder of Studio Klys, a Cornwall-based therapy and breathwork practice supporting people through stress, emotional difficulty, loss, uncertainty and major life changes. After experiencing burnout herself, Hayley began counselling training, which led her to rethink both her career and the way she worked. Today, she runs her own marketing consultancy alongside her counselling and breathwork work.

Event host

The event will be hosted by Sophie Gratton, a coach, business owner, and experienced event facilitator who has brought together thousands of people through networking events. Sophie created In The Room Collective to offer a more intentional space for ambitious people to connect, reflect, and grow alongside others who are moving forward.

Professional headshots

There will be the opportunity to purchase professional headshots taken by Holly Falzon - Pictures & Petals at the event, providing the perfect opportunity to update your LinkedIn profile, website or social media. Ticket policy: Tickets for this event are non-refundable, in the event that you are unable to attend you are welcome to pass your ticket on to a business connection.

Event photography: There will be photography and videography at the event, this content will be used on our social media, and the social media accounts of our speakers and photographer. If you would prefer to not be included in this please inform Sophie (event host) by email hello@intheroomcollective.com

Accessibility: The venue has wheelchair-friendly access, with parking available on flat ground directly outside the entrance. An accessible toilet is available, and wheelchair users can be accommodated at the event seating. Assistance dogs are welcome.
