Guest speakers

Emily Cunningham MBE - Marine biologist and global conservation leader with WWF International, Emily was awarded an MBE in 2025 for services to marine conservation and coastal communities. She shares the story of trusting her gut and leaving behind security to follow a lifelong dream to Antarctica, a decision that ultimately led to renewed purpose and an international book deal.

Perry Hughes - Deputy Managing Director at Solve, Perry brings over a decade of experience in design, marketing, and leadership. Drawing on his training with Wim Hof in breathwork and cold exposure, he explores how stepping into discomfort can build resilience, perspective, and strength in both life and business.

Event host

The event is hosted by Sophie Gratton, a coach, business owner, and experienced event facilitator who has brought together thousands of people through her previous networking communities. Sophie created In The Room Collective to offer a more intentional space for ambitious people to connect, reflect, and grow alongside others who are moving forward.

Professional headshots

There will also be the opportunity to purchase professional headshots taken by Holly Falzon - Pictures & Petals at the event, providing the perfect opportunity to update your LinkedIn profile, website or social media. Ticket policy: Tickets for this event are non-refundable, in the event that you are unable to attend you are welcome to pass your ticket on to a business connection.

Event photography: There will be photography and videography at the event, this content will be used on our social media, and the social media accounts of our speakers and photographer.
